Ben has 30-years project and property experience, with the last 9 years having been focused on delivering large and medium scale construction, fit out and workplace strategy projects in the commercial, industrial and health care sectors. Prior to establishing Taylor Coleman, Ben was Manager Property for Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited with full accountability across the entire Fonterra property portfolio.

Riley has been involved in the property industry for over 20 years, having had experience in portfolio management, project management, financial management, facilities management, lease negotiation, property analysis and FF&E management. She is a has worked predominantly as a consultant for various state sector and commercial organisations in portfolio management and analysis. She has a hands-on approach to Project Management with a skill at ensuring a smooth transition into new premises for clients.
