Waikato District Health Board – Waiora CBD

Conversion of former Farmers CBD-Hamilton retail premises to office accommodation and clinical facilities for the Waikato DHB.

Aligned to the WDHB Strategy Framework the project involved delivery of all aspects through planning, regulatory, consultancy, design, procurement, lease negotiation, construction management, workplace transformation and implementation for a new office / client-facing medical fit out of some 8,500m2 across two large podium floors in CBD Hamilton.
