Waikato DHB - Gallagher Drive Premises

Delivery of new office and industrial warehouse facilities for the WDHB including clinical / consulting spaces and specialist, secure larger scale storage facilities featuring refrigerated and controlled drug facilities.  Ben acted as the Programme Director; WDHB client representative - delivery of all aspects through planning, regulatory, consultancy, design, procurement, lease negotiation, construction management and workplace implementation for a new office / consulting / warehousing premises in peripheral Hamilton.
