Project Hauata - ACC Development in Hamilton CBD

See the planned Tainui Group Holdings project and how we will bring this new development to life.

Taylor Coleman will deliver Project Hauata, a new 9,900m2 office premises for ACC to be built by Tainui Group Holdings in the Hamilton CBD. Taylor Coleman negotiated and delivered the Development Agreement and Deed of Lease terms. We are responsible for all aspects of development and project management through to project conclusion including cultural/ design liaison with Waikato-Tainui, procurement, programming, regulatory and consenting. Construction will commence October 2020, with a completion date of October 2022.
